Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are entirely focussed on managing ourself.
They sutras are specific, precise and actionable by all of us irrespective of our age, practice or faith and can help us to manage our mind to live our best life!

This session will wrap up with a short meditation of loving kindness and chant for world peace!
Subba’s basic training is in engineering and business studies. For three decades he straddled the life of a banker while developing a deep personal practice of yoga and meditation. Subba has trained in the chanting of Vedas and Upanishads from when he was a child and continues to work with scholars in India on ancient texts.
His fifteen years of annual practice of silence & solitude and studies of the Yoga Sutras are the main sources for his “Being” programs, which are mainly focussed on performing under stress and preventing burnout. Together with his wife Renuka, Subba runs BeingSattvaa, a top-rated retreat centre in Ubud, Bali.
