Kimberly started the practice of yoga in 2006 and found it to be a tool to facilitate awareness while reaping the physical and physiological benefits. The transformation she received over the years through regular yoga practice has honed her focus and refined her in building both the physical and psychological strength to assimilate changes in her life.
She is fueled by her passion to share this gift of knowledge to all who seek to gain strength, flexilibilty, relieve tension so as to become more mindful, centered and poise in life. She has completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance certfified teacher training with Shivshakti Yoga Institute (Int'l) India. Her 500hr Yoga Alliance teacher training with Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation over 2.5 years has also trained her to cater to needs of individual through the practice of pranayama (conscious breathing techniques) , meditation, bhavana (visualization), mantra (sounds), nyasa and mudras (symbolic gestures).
