David began practicing yoga as a way to seek inner peace, balance and tranquillity in his daily life.

As a motivated individual who strives for the best, his dedication to the practice led him to constantly strive to accomplish the more challenging poses in his yoga flows.

Having been a yogi for over 8 years, David has since completed over 250 hours of teacher’s training hours, and joins us at Trium Fitness to lead others in Vinyasa, Hatha and Power Yoga. David hopes to motivate and inspire his students to lead healthy lifestyles by feeling both physically and mentally healthier.
